SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped with UPS. Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking code so you can track the status of the shipment at any time.

We currently deliver your items to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA and Latvia.

Depending on the country, delivery times may vary. Deliveries to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium usually take 1-3 business days after placing your order. Deliveries to other EU countries may take 3-4 business days. Deliveries to Zwitserland and USA may take 4-8 business days.

MUCHO GUSTO ships FREE within Europe. For goods shipped outside Europe there will be additional shipping and handling costs. At checkout these cost will be charged to your cart.

RETURNS

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases, including reduced items, within 14 days of receipt.

Step 1. Use the enclosed return form to indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Step 2. Place the exchange and return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.

The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, without any alterations, and together with all labels and accessories.

Clothing purchased at www.muchogusto.nl cannot be returned in store.

Step 3. Attach your own return shipping label to the parcel and make sure the items are packed securely.

The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are entirely at the customer’s own expense.
You may choose a carrier of your preference and drop off the parcel at a service point near you.

We always recommend using a shipment with track & trace and keeping your shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.

Step 4. As soon as we have received the parcel, we will confirm receipt. All approved returns will be refunded as quickly as possible using the same payment method as the original purchase.
